Fringes are hand-cleaned separately. The rug comes back looking the way it did when you bought it. Pickup and delivery is free within our service area, and the process takes 3 to 5 business days.

Midtown high-rises and Tribeca lofts use larger statement rugs that take heavy use. Doorman buildings need clean entry, elevator coordination, and quiet work.
We clean on-site or off-site depending on the rug. Hand-knotted wool and silk pieces we usually pick up, treat with controlled deep cleaning, and return. Synthetic and machine-made rugs we can do in the apartment. We coordinate with doormen and supers to keep your building schedule clean.
We arrive on time with a Certificate of Insurance ready if your building requires one. Let us know any building rules when booking and we'll match them. We've worked plenty of UES and UWS co-ops without issues.
Silk and high-end hand-knotted rugs we recommend taking off-site. Controlled drying and pH-balanced solution matter for those fibers. We schedule pickup and delivery to fit your schedule and provide insured transport.
